Round Table

Platform

Plan together. Leave with decisions.

Round Table is a shared planning board with calls, an AI co-planner and follow-through built in. A team meets on a board, decides what matters, and leaves with owners, dates and a recap.

##Try it without an account On the homepage, describe what you want to plan, for example "launch our new website in six weeks", and press Build my board. You get a real board to look around, kept for a week. Choose Keep this board to sign up and move it into your own workspace.

##Create your account

  1. Go to Sign in and enter your email address. We send you a sign-in link; there is no password to remember.
  2. Or continue with Google or Microsoft if your organization uses them.
  3. Your first visit sets up a personal organization with a workspace called My workspace and a short Welcome board.

##Your first session

  1. Open My workspace and choose New session.
  2. Give it a title, pick a folder if you like, and choose how to start: a blank board, a template, or Build it from notes, a file or a photo.
  3. Add cards for goals, tasks, decisions and risks. Invite teammates from People so they can join you live.
  4. When you are done, open Outcomes, draft them from the board, check them, and finalize. Action items are now tracked and the recap can go out by email.

##Organizations and workspaces
An organization is your company, club or class. Inside it, workspaces hold sessions, pages and documents for a team or a project, and folders keep a workspace tidy. You can belong to several organizations and switch between them from the sidebar.

Organization workspaces can be found by everyone in the organization.
Private workspaces are open only to the people added to them.

##Roles
Organization owner and admin: manage members, invites and settings for the whole organization. Admins also see team totals for follow-through and how people get going.

Organization member: joins workspaces and creates their own.

Organization guest: sees only the workspaces they were invited to.

Workspace admin: manages the workspace and its people.

Workspace editor: creates sessions, pages and documents, and changes them.

Workspace viewer: reads boards, outcomes, pages and documents, and can vote and add ideas when a facilitator asks.

##Invite people
1. Open the workspace menu (the three dots) and choose People.
2. On the Invite tab, create a link to share, or send an invite to one email address.
3. Choose their role. Links can be used several times and expire after a week; email invites work once and only for that address.

##Archive, restore and delete sessions Finished with a session? Archive it to take it out of the sidebar and the workspace list. Nothing in it is lost: its board, outcomes, recordings and linked pages stay, read-only, under Archived.

Archive: open the session's menu (the three dots beside its title on the board) and choose Archive session, or open the menu of the session in the sidebar (the three dots, or right-click it). Undo on the message brings it straight back.

Restore: choose Archived in the workspace's sidebar section to see its archived sessions and pages, then Restore. An archived board also has Restore in its menu.

Delete forever: under Archived, choose Delete forever and confirm. The board, decisions, recordings, transcripts and files go for everyone; pages linked to the session stay. This cannot be undone.

On a phone, hold a session in the workspace to archive it, and open Archived from the workspace screen to restore or delete it.
